I Spy…Blueberry Lunch Specials
Here are your daily lunch specials for Wednesday and aside from the hefty increased new prices at €10.50 a pop the specials look interesting today. Guinness and Beef casserole looks interesting. I am always amazed at how chefs can use Guiness in a recipe and actually pull it off. I have eaten Salmon Penne pasta made with a Scotch cream sauce that is absolutely fabulous but when you try to use Guinness it usually has a mixed result.
