I Spy…Blueberry Lunch Specials
Here are you daily lunch specials from the Blueberry Cafe here in Donegal Town. I am always amazed at how often Guinness is used for cooking. Today the Blueberry Cafe is using Guinness and beef in a casserole . Now I have to admit I have never tried this particular recipe but other things I have had which use Guinness are pretty good. It might be safe to say this is also pretty good as well.
